In Ayurveda (the sister science to Yoga) the Fall brings with it the drying qualities of Vata (Air.) We can feel it as it is harboring an emptiness and a dryness. Even so it is time to simplify, take care, and savor the quieting. With the cooling and drying, it is an especially good time to create a seasonal self-care routine. With the change of season, it is also important to begin bolstering our immune system to ground with ease through our beautiful fall.
